The Velaras Lab — Seattle
A Unique Gathering Place
Special events deserve a special setting.

For more than a decade
Milestone celebrations. Board and closing dinners. Evenings with renowened chefs and winemakers. Luxury product launches. Distinctive dinner parties.
Now available to those seeking an extraordinary environment.

The LAB
Originally a 1970s industrial laser laboratory, reimagined by internationally acclaimed architect Tom Kundig as a dramatic destination for art and entertaining — designed to showcase museum-quality works while hosting exceptional, intimate gatherings.
One of a kind.

MOST VENUES ARE CONSTRAINED. THE LAB IS DIFFERENT
More than 20,000 square feet of exhibition and gathering spaces, intentionally intimate in scale. A communal dining table. Cocktails among significant works of art. A secluded alcove for quiet conversation. A cigar lounge to close the evening.
When flexibility matters most

Hosting at The LAB
One event at a time. Seated dinners up to 24. Receptions up to 40.

A Velaras venue
The LAB was created by Velaras to present museum-quality art within immersive environments that allow visitors to experience and imagine living with exceptional works. Displays are evolving, highly curated — spanning artists, movements and price points that are available for acquisition.
